A U.S. WWII “Flying Tiger” veteran pilot Harry Moyer and his colleagues arrived in Beijing, China at noon on October 29 and climbed the Badaling Great Wall in Beijing that afternoon. At the Badaling Great Wall, 102-year-old Moyer walked his whole way up. He took a photo in front of the hero monument with the inscription “If you don’t reach the Great Wall, you are not a hero.” On October 30, Moyer celebrated his 103rd birthday in Beijing.
