How to consume it?
It can be used in any season and not in any special season. Dabur Chyawanpras can be consumed directly but it is more useful when taken with warm milk or hot water. For adults, use 1 teaspoon twice a day, one teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach, one teaspoon before breakfast, and one teaspoon before dinner 30 minutes before dinner. The dosage for children aged 3-12 years should be half a teaspoon twice daily.
