Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale is trending in social media. This time for his good works and decisions.
Before also, he was trending on social media and had become the object of ridicule when said trees provide carbon dioxide while delivering a speech. He also went viral while distributing oxygen cylinders in Doti and Kailali, while he was the forest and environment minister in the KP Sharma Oli’s government.
Again he is being praised on social media. Minister Ale has directed Narayanhiti Durbar Museum and Republic Monument Management and Operation Development Committee to halt the construction of a restaurant on the premises of Narayanhiti Durbar Museum.
The previous K P Oli-led central government had allowed Batas Group to build a restaurant in the palace-museum premises, which in the past has served as the residence of the monarchs of Nepal.
The construction of the restaurant at the premises was criticized by many people.
Ale had directed the Narayanhiti Palace Museum and Republic Memorial Management and Operation Development Board to stop all ongoing construction work some days ago.
