Babu Ram Bhattarai, former prime minister and chairman of the Federal Council of the Janata Samajbadi Party, has welcomed the decision of main opposition Nepali Congress to seek the resignation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Bhattarai welcomed NC’s decision, tweeting through his account. He also urged other parties to play their role.
He also stressed the need for crushing Oli’s term as Prime Minister and forming a new government.
A central committee meeting of NC had took the decision to ask for Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s resignation from his post and to initiate the formation of a new government under its leadership.
